Periodic Table of Exercise Ball Exercises
An exercise ball is a very simple and inexpensive piece of gym equipment that can greatly expand your bodyweight workout routine. A Swiss ball can be used to make traditional bodyweight exercises much less strenuous or much more difficult if you are seeking a challenge. We present both variations in the Periodic Table of Exercise Ball Exercises. Exercise balls are light, soft, and easily portable. Often they are an excellent substitution for a much larger, heavier, and expensive workout bench.
The Periodic Table of Exercise Ball Exercises lists over 50 different exercises you can do with Swiss balls. The table is arranged by muscle group horizontally. There are Exercise Ball exercises for your arms, back, chest, legs, shoulders, and abs. There are also compound full body movement exercises and cardio exercises you can do with Swiss Balls.
The Swiss ball exercises are arranged vertically by difficulty. At the top are the simplest exercises that are the easiest to learn and master. As you move further down the table, the exercises become increasingly difficult, requiring more strength and/or skill to perform.
