Periodic Table of Dumbbell Exercises
Dumbbells are a fantastic choice for any home gym. They are perfect for building strength and muscle, but are also excellent for cardio exercise and losing weight. You can achieve any fitness goal with regular dumbbell workouts.
This clickable infograph lists over 100 different exercises you can do with a set of dumbbells. All of these exercises are in Dumbbell Stack 52 exercise cards (available in our store or on Amazon.com). The table is arranged by muscle group horizontally. There are dumbbell exercises for your arms, back, chest, legs, shoulders, and abs. There are also compound full body movement exercises and cardio exercises you can do with dumbbells.
The dumbbell exercises are arranged vertically by difficulty. At the top are the simplest exercises that are the easiest to learn and master. As you move further down the table, the exercises become increasingly difficult, requiring more strength and/or skill to perform.
